A&S Services Group Announces Executive Team Changes

YORK, PA. – October 1, 2015: A&S Services Group has announced changes to the executive team. These changes are effective immediately.

Gary Franz has been appointed President of A&S Kinard Logistics. As a wholly owned subsidiary of A&S Services Group, A&S Kinard Logistics focuses on freight brokerage.

Todd Lentz has been appointed President of A&S Kinard. A&S Kinard represents the entire truckload operation for A&S Services Group.

Doug Schmidt has been appointed President and COO of A&S Services Group. In this role, Doug will lead our corporate asset-light business while overseeing all other divisions.

Mark Scanlan has been appointed as new member of the executive team. Mark will serve as Vice President of A&S Kinard. Working with Todd and Doug, Mark is responsible for the successful coordination of the truckload operation across all terminals.
